Take the rage out

As you practice the DoJ techniques, you might become more sensible to anger in the beginning. When you need to get anger and rage out of your system, forget about meditation and relaxation for a while, there is a volcano burning, your genes are stimulated and the chromosomes are under the pressure of the change.

If you are thirsty for blood or meat, if you are feeling like a predator, eat a blue steak. Cooked one minute on each side, nothing with it, absolutely nothing. No potatoes, no veggies, nothing. No pepper or salt.

The word "HâraAh" will help you relieve the pressure. Shout loudly "HhAaaaRraaAAA" and hit hardly and strongly on a soft surface with the bottom of your palms, hand opened, fingers stretched out. The soft surface can be your bed, the grass, a battle matt. Shout it out, hit hard and contract your lower abdomen muscles when you say de last syllable. Breathe in slowly while releasing your lower abdomen, and give another shot.

At first, it is artificial but you have to do it, and after a few times, the rage will encompass you madly and you must simply focus on hitting with your palms on a soft surface and shouting the word of release. You might start to cry, it is good, do not injure yourself or other or you will step back in the path to master this power. Remember where the pain came, when you felt alone amongst the humans, and peacefull, yet forcefully, get it out of your system.

After a few minutes, sit and look upwards, breathing smoothly. Accept your life, you are the only one that can provide for your needs. Remember that you are not alone. If you hurt yourself or someone else, or break something, you are not practicing mastering yourself. Yet, don’t wait to be a master before your start practicing as an apprentice, or else you will never master yourself.

Relax, but do not meditate. Take care of your emotions. Develop compassion and forgiveness.
