Practices
A book is being written and will be available soon. Some material is only available thru the book and will be noted with: (book). Un-noted articles are available for the general public. All these practices are a part of the DoJ training. As you start your exercises, we encourage you to eat well and do some physical exercise to keep you in good shape. Some practices are more demanding than others. Respect your limits, while always trying to go beyond them (safely). Since most of these practices will raise your body temperature aggressively, we encourage our members to learn and practice the water fountain Gi-Gong technique, and drink a lot of water.
